Please submit any questions and support requests for iDelude or iDelude lite here. Here’s short FAQ section:
- Check your phone settings – make sure your installation is correct and you can see iDelude app and helping icons. Usually you should see all these items.
- Sync from iTunes again – were there any incomplete actions during the last sync from iTunes? Do check it once again.
- Restart your iPhone or iPod Touch – this will refresh the memory of your device.
- Take photos with good daylight or efficient lightning. This will ensure better recognition of body figure.
- Although rarely but your device can use a lot of memory if you run Mail and Safari in the “background”. You may force these apps to quit to release memory. Open these apps and then press and hold the Home button for several seconds. Current app will then exit and you may now run our app again.
